More than twenty of you responded directly to Gladman pre-application consultation with your views regarding a proposed 44 home development on the land north of Cote Road but very few subsequently registered their views with WODC planning against the official Gladman application (15/01550/OUT). It is important that the members of the WODC Lowlands Planning committee are officially aware of the views of residents in our Parish (whether for or against) as the number and content are taken into account as part of the WODC decision making process.
Unfortunately the deadline to respond to WODC planning has already passed, however you can still lobby our District Councillor Steve Good with your views which will be made known to the WODC Planning Committee.
I would therefore urge you to email your views (even if it is exactly the same as you sent to Gladman) to Cllr Steve Good at [email protected] or by hand through his home letter box at 1 The Bungalows, Ham Lane, Aston. Also to do this before this coming Monday 22nd June when the WODC Planning committee will meet to decide if it is expedient to make a site visit prior to considering this application probably at their July meeting.
The Parish Council has objected to WODC planning to this development and can be viewed on the WODC website under the application number 15/01550/OUT in the documents folder.
Yous Sincerely,
Richard HainesChairman: Aston, Cote, Shifford and Chimney Parish Council
