Gladman Homes propose 44 home development on greenfield land adjacent to Foxwood, Cote Road, Aston

Gladman Developments is proposing a new residential development of approximately 44 homes on greenfield land off Cote Road, Aston, adjacent to Foxwood. They have advised that they will be distributing an initial leaflet during late February 2015 to approximately 510 households and businesses in Aston.

This is a pre-application consultation, and you will also be able to formally express your views on the application direct to the planning authority, West Oxfordshire District Council, during the planning process which will follow.
