Gladman Developments submits plans for 44 dwelling development on greenfield land on Cote Road, Aston

An outline planning application has now been submitted by Gladman Developments for a proposed major new development on greenfield land outside the built envelope of Aston on Cote Road, adjacent to Foxwood.

The detailed planning application can be found here   (opens link to application on West Oxfordshire District Council website in a new page).

Please share your views and comments by responding direct to the District Council - you can do this online on their website.

The Parish Council will be discussing the application at the meeting on 3 June (Wednesday) at 7.30pm, but it is important that anyone who wishes to respond to the application does so direct to the District Council - the Parish Council response is counted as a single response only.
