Residents who are registered with the Homeseeker Plus housing service are being reminded to keep their details updated in a bid to ensure their needs are met.
The service, which is operated by West Oxfordshire District Council, aims to match applicants with the property best suited to their needs.
But if their circumstances change, they need to update their details to ensure they are matched with the most appropriate property.
Cllr Steve Good, Cabinet Member for Housing Management, said: “Over time people’s circumstances change – they may have more children or family members may move out so it is important that we know exactly what their needs are.
“That way we can match the right homes with the right people to ensure the fairest use of the housing stock available in the District.”
